The Guide to Good Food has been created by Diane Hatz, an expert on local sustainable food. Previously, she was co-Founder & Director of The Glynwood Institute for Sustainable Food and Farming, as well as Founder of Sustainable Table, Executive Producer of The Meatrix movies, and co-Founder of the Eat Well Guide.
