The Glynwood Institute’s Guide to Good Food shows you not only what you need to know in order to eat fresh, healthy sustainable food, but also explains how. With information, insight and tips, the series will have you eating sustainably before you know it.
After a two-year hiatus, the Guide to Good Food is back, this time with news, information and highlights about people, projects and groups that are doing amazing work in the sustainable food world. We will still bring you the Guide to Good Food series, but our posts will also relate to the Institute and its projects, including TEDxManhattan – so find out who we’re working with and supporting, and learn about the groundbreaking work being done around the country.
The Guide to Good Food has been created by Diane Hatz, Co-Founder & Director of The Glynwood Institute for Sustainable Food and Farming and an expert on local sustainable food. Previously, she was Founder of Sustainable Table, Executive Producer of The Meatrix movies, and co-Founder of the Eat Well Guide.
